Drive to Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the city. Stop at Mount Zion to visit King David's Tomb, Room of Last Supper and the Dormition Abbey. Enter the Old City and walk through the Armenian and Jewish quarters to the recently excavated and restored Cardo, the Roman road. See the Jewish Wailing Wall, the Kotel, and continue to the Christian quarter. Walk along the Via Dolorosa and visit the Church of Holy Sepulchre. Continue to Bethlehem where Jesus was born; Walk through the Manger square to visit the Church of Nativity; View the Shepherds' field. Return to point of departure

Note: Modest dress (no shorts or sleeveless shirts) and head covering are required for visiting holy sites.

JAFFA, TEL AVIV & GRAFFITI TOUR

Start the tour with a visit to Jaffa – the ancient port city of Tel Aviv and one of the oldest inhabited places in the world. On to Tel Aviv to walk the famous Rothschild Boulevard with a guided description on the Unesco World Heritage Bauhaus Architecture.

Continue to Florentin neighborhood of South Tel Aviv for a graffiti tour, where you will learn about this amazing neighborhood through its history, culture and especially its beautiful street art, all of which helps us better understand modern Israeli society.

Experience the Tel Aviv ‘shuk’, followed by a visit to Nachalat Binyamin, a local Israeli artists’ market, before returning to Jerusalem.

Pick up at 08:00 and drop off approximately 18:00.

09:00 Meet in the lobby of the Notre Dame hotel. Visit the roof top for a quick explanation. Continue to the incredible Soreq Cave – one of the most beautiful stalactite caves in the world. Following your visit ‘underground’ come out to the ‘light’ and enjoy some wine in the hills of Jerusalem. End the day with a visit to Ein Karem, known as the birthplace of John the Baptist, and take in the beauty of this picturesque village. Drop off will be at the three official hotels: Dan Panorama, Mamilla and Notre Dame at approximately 17:00

DEAD SEA & MASADA

Depart Jerusalem for a drive via the Judean Desert to the Dead Sea area. Visit a Dead Sea cosmetic products shop. Take the cable car up to Masada for a tour of the remains of the 2000-year-old fortress and palace built by King Herod. Following the tour, experience a float in the Dead Sea - 400 meters below sea level, the lowest place on earth.

Note: Sun hat, walking shoes, swimwear, sunscreen and swimming shoes are recommended.

Wednesday, September 21:

After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and head south driving through the Negev. Arrive at Mitzpe Ramon and take in this amazing site - one of the geographical wonders. The guide will give you an overview of your surroundings. Visit the visitors center before enjoying a Bedouin lunch experience learning about their lifestyle and experience a camel ride. Continue to Eilat for overnight at the Dan Panorama hotel [or similar].

Thursday, September 22:

Meet our representative in the lobby of the hotel and transfer to the Arava border. Walk 200 meters towards the Aqaba border, where your English-speaking Jordanian guide will be waiting for you. Depart for Petra and visit this incredible Nabatean city, which was lost for hundreds of years and found some 200 years ago. Lunch in Petra, before returning to the border. Overnight in Eilat.

Friday, September 23:

Transfer to the local airport for your flight to Tel Aviv. Overnight at the Lighthouse hotel [or similar].

Our refund policy on tours is based upon receiving notification in writing as follows:

Until 14 August, 2022  - Full refund less handling fee of $50

As of 15 August, 2022 - Officially no refund, on a case-by-case basis
